It has been long, I am posting a blog, after a rocking time at pune life brought me back to Maya nagari Mumbai. I got a transfer, fortunately my prvious Project Lead is my Project Manager over here. In very short time he became a Project Manager(Smart Guy), I also had almost and year experience at pune but when I was introduced by him over here it was again time for me to became a fresher and trainee (Really Smart Manager).

Recognition that I had in pune was not with me over here, I am trying to find a good opportunity over here to Prove myself and get the recognition, but things are not working accordingly.

One thing I observed over here is Managers and Leads are having a huge Yellow window (big perceptions about people). Opportunities and Appreciations are also given as per their preceptions. I dont want to critisize on this more, as I am learning how Leaders make mistakes and this would definetly help me when it will be my turn to lead.

Also coming to mumbai tought me lots of lesson in life, showed me the real Importance of relations, Life showed me the better picture of all my frnds(good and bad both the sides). I became more close to my family, I started helping my brother in his business.  And Importantly Goal of life became more clear and vissible.

At Mumbai as such i dont have close frnds, I often spent my time with my Meena Massi and cousin Ashu. We often spend a quality time by raoming at various places in mumbai, shopping, movies and being togather at home, mainly talking about life, I learn so many facts of life from her, good thing I like about my massi is her liveliness in life, I pray god for her long life and good health.

For me Tools have changed a lot I started with Informatica, did the foundation of Hyperion and now working on Ab Initio, atleast for this reason I am thankfull to all Leads of the organisation. Really thankfull to Atul Malaviya, Sanjay and Swati to give me this opportunities to learn so many tools very fast in my career. 

Now I want to focus more and more on Management and Leadership, I am seeking an Onsite opportunity lets see how my luck favors me.
